Due to the nature of our haircare and personal care products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
